The UK Body Mind and Spirit Team had a very successful retreat day with the Rosary lead by Vida
Traditional Latin Holy Mass was celebrated by Father Mark Elliot-Smith
A shared lunch followed which was a happy and conversation filled time, with many new faces
A talk followed lunch, given by David on 'Suffering"
Followed by Christian Meditation given by Eileen
