The purpose of ‘Love Heals Body Mind and Spirit Ministry’ is to help individuals achieve love and healing in a holistic way that addresses the body, the mind and the spirit. We aim to achieve this by:

​

  1. Organising regular religious retreats, for the furtherance of the Word of God.

  2. Rehabilitating people suffering from drug and alcohol addiction in a spiritual and medical healing process based on the Catholic tradition with the help of the medical Sisters of St Joseph of Kerala, India.

  3. Running respite programmes for families in crisis, such as families who are unable to have a short holiday due to their financial circumstances. 

  4. Working in affiliation with other religious organisations with a similar ethos to ours.

  5. Raising funds to assist with and fulfil these aims, including but not limited to the purchase of property/properties to host the retreat, rehabilitation and respite activities.

​Latest project in Portugal

​

Mem Soares Castelo De Vide

is a Catholic consecrated Retreat House in the Diocese of Portalegre & Branco Portugal.

Love Heals Body Mind & Spirit Ministry have organised religious retreats at this beautiful, peaceful, and rural  area for the last five years. 

​The Ministry is now in the process of purchasing the retreat house and surrounding land, so that we can organise more regular religious retreats to this wonderful area of Portugal.

​

The intent of the Ministry is to expand the usage of the house and surrounding land (Thirty Three Acres), eventually into a medical detoxification centre for Alcoholics and Drug Addicts, and secondly as a respite centre for poor and impoverished families who have never had the opportunity to share a short time together in an atmosphere of peace, tranquility and spirituality.
